The information presented in Pet Sitting Reactive Dogs Course general education purposes only.
By attending the Pet Sitting Reactive Dogs Course (“Company”) online (the “Event”), I understand and agree that I am assuming all risks to myself, my dogs, my guests, my children completing the Event including, but not limited to, falls, contact with dogs and participants, and any damage caused by dogs or guests.
Training Methods & Aggressive Dogs
Force free training methods will be used, followed and recommended. I agree to avoid using the following types of tools during pet sitting visits: pinch or choker collars, electric or shock collars and other aversive methods/tools. If a dog displays aggressive behavior (attempts to bite or has bitten) at any time, I agree to avoid contact with this dog.
Cancellation and Refund policy
If you cancel the course booking within 7 calendar days of receiving your order confirmation and before the start of the course without giving any reason, you are entitled to a full refund of the price paid. Cancellations and refunds in circumstances outside those described above, and/or following the expiry of the 7-day cancellation period, are subject to the terms and conditions set out in this Cancellation and Refund policy. For the avoidance of doubt, the cancellation period will expire 7 days after the date of the Order Confirmation.We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction. If you start to use our services during the cancellation period (i.e. if the course commences during the 7-day cancellation period) and/or if you access the course materials via our online course spaces (i.e. via our virtual learning environment), no refund will be payable.
Course Completion
Students have 3 months (90 days) to complete this course. Students may request a one-time, 30-day extension provided the request is made before the online course expires.
Knowing these facts, I, on behalf of myself and my heirs, executors and administrators (“Releasing Parties”), release and covenant not to sue and forever discharge Company and Company members, managers, employees, representatives and assigns (the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, foreseen or unforeseen for damages, or liabilities, including attorney’s fees and costs, of any kind, by the Releasing Parties or any third parties related to this Waiver and/or the Event (“Covered Claims”). Further, I agree to indemnify Company and the Released Parties for any and all Covered Claims, for all damages, judgments, and other claims including attorney’s fees and costs.
